It’s 1919 in New York City, and Vaudeville is all the rage!

Impish impresario Keaton Abbott (Jason Hardwick) is polishing the planks of the Ferguson Theatre as his company of actors, magicians, jugglers, singers, showgirls, stage-hands and circus animals put the finishing touches on their latest variety spectacle.

DIE-NASTY plays every Monday at 7:30 at the Varscona Theatre
(10329 - 83 Avenue in Old Strathcona) from October 21, 2019, through May 25, 2020, except for December 23 and 30.

Tickets are $15 or $10 with a $40 membership
and are available at the door (cash only) or online at varsconatheatre.com.

Episode 24 (Radio Ep 5) Islands in the LiveStream

What a week!

We were so geared up about our livestream broadcast for April 10, then due to technical difficulties we had to abandon it. Since we were together on Zoom and in costume, we decided to record this week's episode. Then someone had the idea of doing a fake ending for the livestream, like we'd had this fantastic episode and no one had seen it. The cast bared their shoulders, so as to appear naked in the Zoom-scape.

We posted it on YouTube, and all was well for a day, until the video was removed for Violating Community Standards. Long story short: We appealed, and the Youtube restored the video within minutes, so good for YouTube! Here's that video:

And here's Episode 5! As we get more used to doing DieNasty in this new format, we're able to get closer to our live show, and have a wonderful time meeting together, even though we miss our wonderful Varscona Theatre live audience!
